About Frank Sortino

Frank Sortino is the VP Broker Associate at ForeSite Commercial Realty’s office located in Northfield, New Jersey and brings a wealth of experience in both commercial real estate brokerage as well as development. Frank has been providing clients commercial advisory services in the areas of acquisition, leasing and sales, tenant / buyer representation and asset management for over 30 years.

Prior to relocating to the Shore, Frank was previously the senior development marketing executive for several regional developers for their office and industrial portfolios throughout metropolitan Philadelphia and Princeton for 13 years. His experience includes providing market and site analysis, strategic planning, transaction negotiation and property management services, having extensive professional experience in both commercial and industrial development.

Frank, an MBA Finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, is a commercial and industrial broker, CCIM candidate and asset management specialist, who joined ForeSite Commercial Realty in 2011. He has extensive commercial brokerage experience since 1979 with such firms as Albert M. Greenfield & Co., US Realty Associates, Trammell Crow Co., and most recently, the former Vanguard Property Group until its purchase in 2010. He currently represents 5 of the largest office buildings in Atlantic County and has represented and fully leased several other local projects as well, representing various owners since relocating to the Shore in 2005.
