About Samantha Zerafa Roessler

As Broker of Record and Owner, Samantha's mantra is to offer superlative service to our clients. Samantha brings a breadth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, strong business development skills and solid leadership to the team. Samantha’s objectives are to grow ForeSite Commercial’s market share in the Shore Regional area as well be active in obtaining exclusive listings, representing both tenants and landlords in sales and leasing. In six years Samantha has secured the company’s position as a premier commercial real estate service group of the area. In this time Samantha has developed strong relationships within the community and has represented some of the areas strongest landlords as well as completed very prominent lease and sales transactions. In 2014 Samantha become a licensed Broker in the State of New Jersey.

In 2006, Samantha moved to Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey from Toronto, Canada, where she was Director of Business Development for Britacan Facilities Management Group, working in conjunction with Interior Dimensions in securing the corporate design, construction management and installation contracts for corporate facilities.

Prior to Britacan, Samantha worked at Colliers International Real Estate for 11 years as a Senior Sales Representative. Her primary focus was on office leasing, tenant representation and office building investment sales. While at Colliers International, Samantha was dedicated to building client relationships with both landlords and tenants. She represented some of the largest landlords in Canada, including Cadillac Fairview, Northam Properties, the Sorbara Group and Morguard. In her position, Samantha also managed the acquisition and disposition of real estate for large organizations, including the Canadian Red Cross in Toronto and the surrounding area. She negotiated purchase and sales transactions for various property types and was well-known and extremely well-respected in the real estate community. Samantha currently represents the interests of many of the regions well known Landlords and developers.
